I would like to thank Michael Aulfrey and Brett Owen two of the LHMU's fantastic lawyers for driving the underpayment for the cleaners.

I was the test case and by helping these guy's by supplying any paperwork they asked for we won Michael argued extremely well and I was proud to be a part of this.

The fact we won, has now opened the doors and set precedent.
You are not asking for anything more than you are entitled to and given the fact the Government/Department did a job on all of us cleaners and gardeners it is now our turn to claim what we are owed, I can't believe they gave us 8.75% it is ridiculous.
Lets fight together and lets win together.
Kind Regards
Brett Clements - Mt Lawley SHS/Delegate

HI.

I have been looking at your fee structure and have been trying to find any information on your site that could tell me what the difference in the three levels are but can not find anything at all. Could you please explain to me what the Levels 1, 2 & 3 represent and why they differ so much in the amount fees charged for the levels.
Thank you

Hi there,
I'm the LHMU WA branch's media officer. Thanks for your question Ken.
The level 1,2,3 is based on the members' earnings against the fees paid.
Level 1 - more than $300.00 gross per week. This is the top level;
Level 2 - more than $200.00 gross per week and less than $300.00 per week. This is the middle level;
Level 3 - Less than $200.00 gross per week. This is the lowest fee.
