lhmu-vic-publicationLHMU members have won major annual increases in the latest bargaining round.

● Members at Dulux Powder Coatings in Clayton are set to win a new Union agreement that delivers pay increases and locks in wages and conditions when they move to a new site in September.
● Members at polymer manufacturer, Marplex, have secured annual pay increases as part of a new three-year Union agreement. They have also won 11% superannuation contributions for all employees.
● Members at Coke, Bayswater, have won a new agreement that provides annual pay increases and six months’ backpay.
● At paint manufacturer PPG, solid pay increases are the feature of a new Union agreement, as well as three months of backpay.
● Members at paint manufacturer, HiChem, have secured pay increases in a new Union agreement. They will also be reimbursed for fork-lift licenses and receive improved redundancy payments.
