Stamford Staff Celebrate!
Union members have reached agreement with Stamford management on a Union Collective Agreement!
It's been a long 10 months in the making, but the time has finally come to celebrate.
Members have acheived the first ever National Union Agreement in the hotel industry in Australia.
Stamford Staff are now leading the way for hotel workers to gain some recognition and respect for the hard work they do.
Highlights include:
- Wage rates that lift workers off the minimum Award conditions
- A cash bonus payment
- Recognition of their rights as Union members and delegates
